The Cheng Ming System
This system is taught in a number of countries
around the world.e.g. Taiwan, Israel, America, Japan,
Italy, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand.
The Current Grand Master is Wong Fu Lai.
TAI CHI
The Tai Chi form is originally, (99 Movements)
Known as
The authentic or Orthodox Tai Chi form,
Devised as a Combination of the 5 Main styles.
in Nanjing in 1929.
Later adapted by the late Grand Master Wong Su Chin,
to include elements of both Hsing-I and Ba Gua,
which makes it quite unique.
The main Philosophy is Yin Yang
HSING-I
It is difficult to translate the meaning of Hsing-I exactly.
Hsing (Pronounced SHING) means form or shape
and I (Pronounced EE) means intention or thought.
Inner thought controlling outward form.
Also know in some circle as mind boxing.
Coordinating mind and body into one unit
making it a very effective Martial Art.
This style contain 5 Fist forms, 12 Animal Forms
and 5 Weapon Forms.
Main Philosophy, 5 Elements.
BA GUA
The translates as 8 Triagram Palms.
Based on the philosophy of The I Ching.
Which states that the universe
is in a constant state of flux, constantly changing.
There are 8 Forms each with 8 Movements.
